This A-Coil is for AC or Heat-Pump units size of 4 Ton.
SGI un-cased “ A-Coils” allow for higher air flow in your HVAC system, and comes in a ready-to-install insulated steel or aluminum casing . They are great for standard sized ducting, and limits the need for custom sheet metal work during installation. Uncased coils can be the same coils as the cased coils, only they are provided WITHOUT the insulation and surrounding casing which provide for more flexible installation in ducting; Note: these A coils will require at least some sheet metal work during installation.
Note: All AC and Heat-Pump units require some sort of A-Coil for functioning and should be installed when replacing your AC or Heat-Pump unit to ensure proper function of the condenser.
